Show/Hide New/Edit Snippet and Snippet Navigator Panels via keyboard shortcuts

Make more room for your WP Codebox code window by toggling the two helper panels separately or together using Ctrl+Alt+key combos. Works in the two side columns layout view. In 'Where to run the snippet' select Custom and make a condition "Page URL contains wpcb_menu_page_php".
